Answer to Job Chapter 1 by Carl Jung

The first chapter of Answer to Job is a long-winded temper tantrum on the “evil” side of YHWH (Yahweh) in the Old Testament.  It is about 20 pages long, out of the books 108 pages, so rather substantial out of the total, and the whole book has 19 remaining chapters in the remaining 88 pages, usually about 3-8 pages long.

Again, this first chapter, I describe as a temper tantrum as might be displayed by a 3-year-old child (although Carl Jung was around 75 years old when he wrote this).  It sets the stage for a very active discussion on the qualities of Yahweh and his relationship with mankind, or the archetypal man.

… I will update this review later.
